HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM? You have up to 14 calendar days to start your return process from the moment you receive the item. Please include the original packaging with your return. (You should always check goods before signing for delivery) If you suspect the item is damaged during transit, please first file a claim with the courier before contacting Waydoo support team. Please make sure that you keep all evidence that may help to verify your case. Our support team will verify your request. We will provide you its replacement if it is determined that the product is indeed defective from the factory or transit. The shipping cost for returning the defective product and shipping the replacement will be covered by us. DAMAGES AND ISSUES Please inspect your order upon reception and notify the courier and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
